We collect information you choose to submit through website forms. We do not operate a chatbot, file-upload, newsletter signup, or payment form on this site.

When you submit a form, our servers may read a network address from the request (for example an IP address supplied by the hosting platform) and convert it to a one-way hash. That hash is used to limit repeated submissions. It is not stored in the enquiry database.

Your browser may also request images or fonts from this site or from content-delivery networks used for some pictures and technology logos. Those providers may see technical data such as IP address as part of ordinary web delivery. This website’s application code does not send form contents to those image networks.

We use submitted information to respond to enquiries, send a confirmation email when email delivery is configured, prepare for a discovery conversation, and review assessment results internally.

This website’s application code does not include advertising pixels, customer-analytics tags, or data-broker integrations. Whether any hosting or email provider uses data for their own purposes is governed by that provider’s terms, not by additional tracking we have added to this site.

Enquiry records are stored in a MongoDB database when the site is configured with a database connection. Authorised staff can view those records in an internal admin area.

When email delivery is configured, form contents are sent through Resend to our notification mailbox, and contact and consultation submitters may receive a confirmation email at the address they provided.

When rate limiting is configured, the hashed network identifier is sent to Upstash Redis for a short abuse-prevention window (five submissions per ten minutes per hashed identifier).

If the database is not configured, contact and consultation forms will not save a record and will ask you to email us instead. Assessment recommendations can still be shown in the browser even if saving fails.

Details are in our Cookie Policy. In summary, public use of the marketing pages does not set an application cookie in this website’s code. A staff session cookie is set only after a successful admin login. A theme preference may be stored in local storage on your device.

The website does not automatically delete enquiry records after a fixed period. Contact, consultation, and assessment records remain until we remove them in the ordinary course of handling leads. Email copies remain in our mailbox and with the email provider according to those systems’ own retention. Rate-limit data is used for a ten-minute window; any longer storage by the rate-limit provider is not defined in this website’s code.

This website does not provide a self-service account or download portal. To ask what we hold about you from a form submission, or to ask us to delete it, email info@nextechvion.com with enough detail for us to find the record (for example the email address you used). Staff session cookies can be cleared by logging out of the admin area.

Forms are validated before they are stored. Notification emails escape HTML from submitted text. The site sends security headers including a content-security policy. Admin access uses an HTTP-only session cookie. No security measure is perfect; you should avoid sending passwords or unnecessary sensitive data in free-text form fields.

This website is intended for business enquiries. We do not knowingly seek personal information from children through these forms.

We may update this policy when the website’s collection practices change. The date at the top of this page shows when the text was last revised.
